OK....so did you think I had fallen off the face of the earth? Well somedays it sure feels that way, but I have been able to sneak in a little card making, so hopefully, you still want to sneak a peak! anywho, life has been busy, I have started an ebay biz, so I am cleaning everything out!!! if it hasnt been used in a year, its
GONE!!!! so here are a few pictures of what I have been doing:

This is a gift card holder I made...I think it will be a pro-to-type for some we are making for a craft show at our local high school.

This is one of the sample cards I have made for a few realtors who want to buy sets to give to their customers. This one has the edges distressed. I will custom make them based on their color choices and add a charm that says "we're moving" or congrats on your new home" depending on their personal choice.

This is another sample for the realtors....I have made a couple others which i will post later.
I spend the rest of my time at soccer games and watching precious babies. Isnt life the BEST!!! Hope all is well with everyone! be blessed!!!!

yes, today is traditionally called "hump day" but when you stay at home, does it actually mean anything? NOPE!!! just means more cleaning, more laundry, blah blah blah!!! I am completely sick of doing LAUNDRY!!! does anyone else ever feel this way???? Am i the only one???? well at least i got to make this card. I started out with a sketch from a paper pretties challenge, but it evolved into something close but not the same...so i chose to use a stamped image from stamping bella called best friend forevah! you can find the stamp here at www.stampingbella.com If you havent ever checked them out you definetly NEED to!!!
anyway....moving on....this is my baby Aaron in between soccer games at last saturday's tournament. It was so completely HOT HOT HOT!!! to hot to play soccer....and i ended up getting scorched! even with sunscreen my legs were sooooo RED. So OK, another soccer parent said to spray the sunburn down with vinegar and it would take the sting out....so i tried it and wah lah!!! it worked....i was stinky, but i wasnt hurting! Have i told you that my boys can sleep anywhere? well here is proof, we are at McD's between games and he laid down and fell asleep!
and apparently Saturday was the day to focus on his foot skills, because 2/3rds of the pictures i took were of his feet???? dont ask, either he was moving too fast or i was focusing too slow! heeheehee!!!
and this is when he was getting ready to play goalie, isnt he such a cute goalie? I think so.

The first card is a riley moose from MFT stamps....he is soooo adorable! I made this birthday card for my sons girlfriend (stephanie) to give to her best friend Cassie for her 20th birthday! Her fav color is green!!!
This card is made with the Sweet -N- Sassy Chocoholic stamp set, I got as blog candy prize from Anita!!! isnt it just the coolest evah!!! i think so, and again anita, thank you thank you thank you!
I was on a pink and purple kick the other day, so i decided to make a congrats card with pregobella (hahahaha, not her real name! she is incognito!) I cuttlebugged the top and stamped the senitiment on the bottom.
I used flowerbella and some CTMH DP to make this card!!!
back to pink and purple and paper pretties sophia (i think that is the correct name) but even if i am wrong she is so adorable and truly SWEET!!!

well i have been MIA for quite awhile!!! and life was CRAZY and then it got CraZIER!!! so long story short...the "great new Job" turned out to be NOT SO GREAT!!! so now I no longer have a job! I know....UNBELIEVABLE....she decided she didnt want to train anyone, so there ya go! what kind of job do you NOT have to be trained to do???? Oh well, God is good and is always faithful to provide, so i will not worry because he will provide all my needs according to HIS riches (not mine)!!!

so anyway, that has left some time to craft!!! woo hoo!!!! so here is a few things I have made this week:

The first two pictures are a set i made to sell....they use stampendous monkeys and are soooo cute. So do you think they are "Sell" worthy??? The last picture is going to be sent as a RAK and I have 3 more with the same image, in different colors, to be sent out as Happy Mail to hopefully brighten somebody's day......Maybe it will be yOu!

Can you believe it? my co-worker loved the cards i made and while i was waiting for her to pick them up, another girl i work with saw them and fell in lOvE with them & ask me to make her some exactly like the first picture (with the distressed edges) only in PINK and BrOWN!!!!! so i made her 6 (3 pink and 3 brown) and she loved them too!!! woo hoo!!! BUTTTTTTT, i forgot to take a picture! oh well, maybe next time. so this is a short post , cuz i am soooo tired and i havent even had time to check out my fav blogs, so i am off to do that for a few minutes before i fall asleep TTAATAA for now my friends!

have you ever had a project that you kept trying to get right and the picture in your mind just could not be produced??? So if your like me, you trash it and start over.....well thats how my project for the Croppinsville Swap went...and so finally this post it note holder got my seal of approval to send out....of course they are due tomorrow and the mail probably wont get there til monday or tuesday.....luckily Allie is at CHA (having a marvelous time, i'm sure so she wont be back to get the projects until at least Monday. So take a look and tell me whatcha think....and then look at the cutest babies evah EVAH....they came over to play w/grandma (cuz uncle Aaron is gone to FArgo, ND for USAW NATIONALS) and they dont want me to be lonely!

This is my P3 (pretty pretty princess!!!) and her is sooo busy playing with all the toys, she just cant be bothered to pose for a picture.

And this is my littlest monkeyliver....I know strange pet names, but they definetly seem to fit cuz he is feisty, but so precious and soooo sweet....

He loves his grandma and I love both of them HIGHER THAN THE SKY AND WIDER THAN THE OCEAN X'S 87 1/2 KAJILLION (and that is a very whole LOT!!!!) grandbabies are the best!!! Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend with lots of crafting!!! tata for now!!!

A friend of mine ask me to make a set of cards for her to give to a realtor she does alot of business with, so this is what i came up with.....she picked the image and the chose the color scheme of chocolate and blue, so take a look and see what you think....i hope she likes them, she is picking them up tomorrow! I made 6 w/envies...2 of each style (one in blue, one in chocolate)

I used my cuttlebug on the bases, distressed the edges of the 2nd card and used my nesties on the third card. They were all colored w/prismacolor pencils and gamsol. I used a glitter gel pen to add a little bling to the computer and her "pearls" and a gel pen for the flower accent on her pants and the mouse! They were fun to make, so i hope the recipient enjoys them!

BELLAS everywhere!!!

Obviously I am bored here at work....this is my last week here before I start my new job, so I have already prepped everything to leave and there isnt much left to do....so i thought i would go ahead and show ya some bellas i recently made.

I made this card for my daughter who is cosmetology school in Indy right now and I am never sure what color her hair willbe when she comes home for the weekends. anyway, i thought it was fun and a good reminder that it doesnt matter what color your hair is as long as you are always true to yourself!

Next is a balloonabella i made to celebrate the 4th of July. I used glossy accents to make the balloons appear shiny and lots of stickles and glitter pens to show her off.....I think the stars just kinda added a little something to balance out the card, I mean afterall it is supposed to be the stars and stripes forever right?

And lastly is a bikibella card i made....it is a little different because i used my swiss dots CB embossing folder and then i used my pink and lime chalk ink to color the stripes, I think it turned out o.k. not sure if it is exactly what i had pictured in my mind, but then again alot of times things turn out a little differently that my mental picture, so it doesnt mean there is anything wrong with it, just a little different. well guess that is all i can share today....but keep in mind.....there is BLOG CANDY up for grabs until Sunday 8 p.m. cST, and you dont have to comment on which of my cards you like best just what STAMP OR STAMP SET you currently love the most or WANT THE MOST (HINT HINT...WiNk wInK, Nudge NuDgE!!!) so your ANSWER will help determine what the candy is!!!! Postalbella and RAK's

This first card is a Postalbella Card from Ami and although she didnt care for it much, I think she did an awesome job AND she followed the sketch, which i could not make work for me! so Thank you Ami for a wonderful card, it made me smile! It looks like a little purse and has the cutest little metal charm on it~looks like a martini class! sooooo cute and the colors are perfect together!!!

Next are a few RAK I received in the mail last Thursday from some awesome ladies and they sent me images to color too!

The Riley one came from Kim..I just love the Pirate Riley and you may not be able to tell, but behind riley is a scroll that looks like a map....so adorable! and she sent me this assortment of fun images to color just to thank me for sending her some BELLA images! I wasnt expecting her to do that, so it was a very nice surprise!!!! The second card is from Susan and she sent me these images in exchange for some i sent her and boy did she bless me!!! i will be coloring til my heart is content! I feel very fortunate to call these 3 gals "friends" and they should feel priveleged as i do NOT take that "friends" term lightly! OK so thats all for now....I do have a few bellas that i will be posting later today for you to enjoy, but until then....tata for now!

Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July!!! Ours was great, weather was great, no complaints anywhere!!! and i had a few spare minutes that i got to make some cards! woo hoooo, gotta luv those 3 day weekends! and My NEW nestabilities came in the mail on Thursday, so i got to play with them a bit also. So here is what i worked on:O.k. this used to be an infamil can (we've had alot of those over the past year~thankfully, Kailyn is almost completely off it now) anyhoo, i decided it would make a nice container for my colored pencils and gel pens, so that is what i did!

Next is a card i made in honor of the 4th of july, but i think it is missing something, so i will be back to the drawing board tonight on it....I used some TAC butterflies for the first time and they were sooo much fun to color...take a looky:

Next, is another card i made with my clickabella stamp from http://www.stampingbella.com/ Gotta love the bellas!!! She was colored w/prismacolor pencils and gamsol and the background was cuttlebugged! I think that is one of my Favorite Tools EVAH EVAH!!!!

Next is a card I made with my Great Impressions stamp of the month from one of our LSS Memories on Main! I distressed the edges of the pictures and I used my Swiss dots cuttlebug folder for the background. The last card uses the cutie cute Sophia stamp from Paper Pretties that a wonderful wish grantor sent me through SCS WRAK recently, and i think she is just soooooo precious!!!

Hey everybody, hope your week is going well.....mine has been wonderful!!! I got some awesome news about the new job I applied for, I got the job!!!!! but i havent turned in my letter of resignation yet....that can wait until MOnday, so we can all enjoy our 3 day weekend!!!

first is a card i finished last night while watching "so you think you can dance" This is probably one of my all time FAVORITE shows!!! and right now there are 2 couples I think are really good so it is alway fun to see what they come up with. Anyhoo, the card is colored with my Prismacolor pencils and OMS and I used some stickles in her hair and a metallic gel pen on her belt and guitar. I used glossy accents on her boots to make them appear like patent leather, cuz a rocker like her could pull that look off! dontcha think so!!! The tag is shrinky dinked and say YOU ROCK and i used my cranberry red ink pad to color it before I heat shrunk it. I think that turned out o.k. not sure if i would do it again, but i like it well enough for this card. I used SCS121 sketch challenge from SplitCoast Stampers for this layout.

Next is the Postalbella card I made for Heidi W. and hopefully she has received it or this may be a spoiler for her....so dont look Heidi! I tried to use the sketch, but OMG I could NOT make it presentable (although I do plan to keep trying!!!) so I improvised and did go ahead and use circles as part of the layout. The image is one i received in an image swap and I wasnt sure how to use her but then i added the buttoms and thought it turned out pretty good. let me know what you think....And finally, I am getting pretty close to 1500 visitors, so when I get there, I will be giving away some blog candy. I will post a blog candy challenge shortly and see what all you creative minds and my 3 loyal readers come up with......so get ready to start creating!!! and have a wonderful, blessed and above all SAFE 4th of July Celebration!!! There is nothing to compare to true freedom (which God gives us) and a special THANK YOU to all the troops and their families for their sacrifices!!!!

and a quicky update for those who care to read on: Aaron's Greco team finished 8th in the Nation (WOO HOO GO TEAM INDIANA!) At the USAW Cadet Duals this past week in Kansas City, MO and that means he got a Medal and they qualified as "ALL-AMERICANS" Ever just feel like dancing???? of course my "happy dance" may be cause for histerical laughter if anyone ever saw it! but he personally won 5 lost 5 (2 of which he should have for sure won if he hadnt hurt his back, but thats o.k. stuff happens and we are definetly NOT complaining!!!) Oh and he did help one of his team mates win a match ~unfortunately, it was because the kid from Iowa broke his arm during his match w/my son......and NO, it wasnt his fault, the kid made a big mistake and posted his arm (meaning he put it down to try and catch himself) and my son said it was the grossest sound he has ever heard....it snapped and went backwards....YUCK!!! SO anyhoo that created a forfeit for his team mate. Good for him, bad for the other kid! OK thats all for now, I promise to post some cards tomorrow or maybe later tonight after I get home.

Pins and Needles

so today I am waiting.....waiting (not patiently, mind you) but waiting and waiting to see updates on what is happening with my son in Kansas City at USAW GRECO DUALS. Currently he is 3 & 3 and his team is in 2nd place and going for the championship!!! He's a little upset because he hurt his back and lost 2 matches that he should have won, but his back is a little better this morning so we are praying that today is a better day for him. I will probably post updates throughout the day if anyone is interested you can check back....

I have been creating, but the things i am doing are being submitted to a DT contest and can not be previously published or posted on any website or blog, so you will have to wait to see what i've been up to.....I think it is some pretty good stuff and i hope it is good enough to be chosen, but so does everyone else who applies and alot of them have more experience so if it doesnt work out this time....i will keep trying! have a great day!

A little of this and alot of that

O.K. i promised yesterday to get these posted, but life got in the way, so here they are: first card is the RAK card I received from Melissa for the Bella RAK unite day!!! great idea Melissa!!! and after receiving her card and letter, she definetly lives in a more exciting environment in New Orleans, than I do in Indiana.....the only thing we have going for us here in Indiana, is Holiday World, which of course is renowned for their wooden roller coasters and huge water park. Unfortunately for as close as I live (approx 45 mins. away) we never seem to have the time to go and enjoy the day there. Anyhoo, Melissa's idea has def. inspired me to send out more RAK, because EVERYbody loves Happy Mail!!!

The next 2 cards are from Pam Gaynor who sent me these both of these beautiful RAK cards. I dont think I was supposed to get 2 (one was an OOPS) but arent they both just lovely!!! she does such nice work! I always enjoy looking at her creations. So thank you Melissa and Pam, It was a very happy mail day for me!!!

Next are a few pics my son took when we dropped him off at PURDUE...one of his best friends LUVS Purdue, so he was jealous that Aaron was getting to go and he wasnt....so of course, we had to take some pictures to rub it in a little...heeeheee!!! I did think the pics of the stadium are pretty cool, the way the name and the purdue symbol goes across the seats, and I think my baby is one handsome young man....but i know i am slightly biased afterall he is my kid, right?

and lastly, i'm posting a couple of cards i finished when i got home last night.....i know this has been a long post, so i am sorry, just catching up from being gone. hope everyone has a blessed week!

I've been RAK'd and a few RAK's sent out

Well let me say, I think this has got to be one of the nicest RAK's i have ever recieved.....Thank you Melissa for thinking up the wonderful idea of Bella Rak day! Here is a picture of the card I received from Denise Follmar (aka Queenbeeabella) and inside it was a lovely letter telling me all about herself and her family! I know its crazy, but we have alot in common and I felt an instant connection to this wonderful lady! We both live in Indiana, live in a small town that is a little bit-of-country but close enough to a Target / Walmart that I wont die, have kids and have been scrapbooking and stamping about the same amount of time ~ although I must confess, i think she has accomplished alot more in her scrapbooking than i have ~ i am sooooo slow at it some days it takes forever and if its not perfect, i start over....ugh! Anyhoo here is the picture of her b-u-tiful card!!!

I also decided to use "knots" on my ribbon because of a challenge to use knots i read about on SCS....dont ask me which challenge, i dont know, but i DID read it earlier this week, so there ya go.

Somewhere.....over the sea

Somewhere.....waiting for ME....This is the song i sing to my grandbabies, only I change it to have their names in it and make it a little sillier at the end, but they LOVE it! and I thought of them when I saw this stamp at a LSS (well semi-local...in Owensboro, which is 45 minutes away from where i live) over the weekend. I had been wanting to go over there for a while now, but just hadnt found the time, so Saturday, I made the time, early before everyone else was up and looking for me. Anyway back to the card....background of course is cuttlebugged w/swiss dots, image is colored w/prismas and gamsol and the sentiment is stickled (cuz ya gotta have some bling....right?) I think the stickles kinda gave it an appearance of having sand on the card? maybe? i could be stretching, but its my blog so i guess i can if i want! heeeheeeheee!

Well onto other news....my BABY started drivers ed yesterday and it makes me feel kinda sad and alot nervous about him being old enough to drive. I dont know why it is bothering me, i have already had 2 others grow up and drive and he is pretty responsible, but still he is my BABY!!!! guess i will just have to learn to deal with it huh?

Ok....I promised i would show you I am not a slacker ....so here are the rest of the cards i have been creating...first is an image from MFT that a wonderful wish grantor on SCS WRAK sent me.
Next is another Cruisabella and sentiment from Inkadinkado. Background again has been cuttlebugged and the flower is a cuttlebug die cut and is currently my FAV. one!!! as you can see, it was used on both of these cards.
These 2 images were part of the same previous wish granted on SCS....I particularly like the yoga one and if you cant tell, her top has been stickled to make it sparkle and shine.....Stickles is one of the best embellishments EVAH EVAH!!!!
And last but not least is kittycatabella (???i think that is the name) anyhoo....i made this for my grandmas birthday (which was also Monday) so it will be arriving a little late. the inside say "happy birthday, hope your day is Purrrr-fect!) she is a cat person, so she will luv it!

"S" is for Slacker

I promise....i really am NOT a slacker, I just lost the USB cord to the camera so i couldnt download anything, but i bought a new one, so here is what i have been creating (hope you enjoy them) First is a card I made for my friends son...he turned the big 3 on Monday, so they had his party over the weekend. I think this is a Stampin' Up Image (I got it in a card from Postabella group), it is colored with my prismacolor pencils and OMS and the background is cuttlebugged....have i mentioned I LUV MY CUTTLEBUG???

Next is a card set I made for a customer who just bought a new house. She said her colors were going to be carmel and red, so this is a "we're moving" announcement card I gave her as a gift at the closing. She loved them!!! makes my heart happy to help people buy their first home! I used my SELLABELLA stamp from http://www.stampingbella.com/ and my cuttlebug again for the background. The tag says "We're Moving" and was made with shrinky dink plastic and my heat gun! always fun to use your heat gun.

This card uses the huggybella image from stamping bella and the quote is from Inkadinkado's Kids quote line, which i got from Loreen at http://www.wishonascrap.com/ through her yahoo group...rockbottom scrapbook supplies....this is an awesome group and she gets great deals for us, so a huge shout out to LOREEN....WOOO HOOO, she is awesome and you should definetly check her out!
Well I will post more pictures later but have you noticed the change on my blog? not sure i am complete happy with it, but it will do for now, til if figure out how to make it more my own. Let me know whatcha think?

More Bellas!!!

Guess what....thanks to my of my lovely friends who read my blog about the how my son did not "delete" my memory card, I took it to a local camera shop and they were able to recover most of the pictures! YAY!!!!!! I am so happy right now, i am dancing around at my desk! and it only cost me $10.00!!!

So, I was able to get a few pics of cards i recently made....Bellas of course.....

the first on is bridalpartybella, i think this one is just too cute!!! I made it for my sister to use w/her brides as a thank you card.

the next one is rockabella and the background has been cuttlebugged w/the music not embossing folder and the sentiment is from inkadinkado....I just luvey the "kid's sayings" sentiments....I bought a whole bunch of them from Loreen at http://www.wishonascrap.com/, she ordered them just for me (made me feel so special!!) If you havent visited her shop, you should!

this last one is a cute chicky from CC Designs, I think, I got it from a wonderful girl at WishRAK group on SCS. I again used my cuttlebug for the background! I really luv my cuttlebug & cant wait for the new folders to come out!!!

Here is my 2nd Postabella card sent to me by Laurel Seabrook and she sent all these adorable images with...yay Laurel!!!! apparently I missed the memo about using pink and black on the postabella cards this month, but i am so pleased with the cards i received both ladies did an awesome job, dontcha think? so Thank you Laurel for this awesome card!

Next, this is my Cat....Missour' FatCat.....doesnt he look like a big fluff ball and he probably weighs 15 or 20 lbs....which is ridiculously FAT, but this is his normal level of activity....NONE! he just lays around being fat all the time. anyway, my son took this picture, right before he completely erased my memory card....hopefully, my pictures are ACTUALLY on my home computer like he says, but i surely could not find them!!! ARGH!!!

I hope everyone had a wonderful, relaxing weekend....mine was very productive, and we had a small family birthday party for my grandaughter, Kailyn's, 1st birthday. She is such a cutie....i call her P3 (pretty pretty princess) so i thought i would let you see how much fun she had eating her very own cake. Doesnt she look like she is having a wonderful time?

Well I had some cards to show ya but my son apparently took off with my camera, so that will have to wait until later when he gets home...right after i kick his butt for taking it....heehee!

I am SOOOO glad it is finally Friday, now if 5:00 could just get here a little faster that would be GREAT! what can i say it has been a LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG week! well the first thing I have to share today is a pic of the PIF blog candy I won from Dannie earlier last week, but i just got it uploaded , so here it is....

The picture is a little dark but she sent me some of the cutest stuff to play with, thank you again, Dannie!

Next are two cards I made with Fluffles the Cat from Stampendous. Both were colored with prismacolor pencils and gamsol. Then I used my cuttlebug for the background cardstock and added a little bitta ribbon. They are very simple cards but I think they turned out really kinda cute.

Hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoy the nice pretty weather! We will be delivery BBQ to all the wonderful people who ordered from our fundraiser, so I know they will be eating some YUMMY food for dinner Saturday night!!!

But oh sooo true!!!! I have been sick for a couple of days...not able to breathe most of the time and feelin' like u know what the rest of the time, so no cards today....but a little something to laugh at (only cuz it is sooooo accurate and only funny if it is happening to somebody else!!!) so here is where the borrowing comes in....I read this on Joanne B's blog http://stampedbyhand.blogspot.com and her husband sent it to her and when i read it i could not stop laughing!!! so i hope she doesnt mind that i am borrowing it to share with you ( my friends) I especially like LESSON 5 & LESSON 7!!! i THINK EVERYONE should have to take this test Before having kids!!!

Thinking of Having Kids?Do this 11 step program first!

Lesson 1
1. Go to the grocery store
2. Arrange to have your salary paid directly to their head office.
3. Go home.
4. Pick up the paper.
5. Read it for the last time.

Lesson 2
Before you finally go ahead and have children, find a couple who already are parents and berate them about their...1. Methods of discipline.2. Lack of patience.3. Appallingly low tolerance levels.4. Allowing their children to run wild.5. Suggest ways in which they might improve their child's breastfeeding, sleep habits, toilet training, table manners, and overall behavior.
Enjoy it because it will be the last time in your life you will have all the answers.

Lesson 3
A really good way to discover how the nights might feel... 1. Get home from work and immediately begin walking around the living room from 5PM to 10PM carrying a wet bag weighing approximately 8-12 pounds, with a radio turned to static (or some other obnoxious sound) playing loudly. (Eat cold food with one hand for dinner)2. At 10PM, put the bag gently down, set the alarm for midnight, and go to sleep.3. Get up at 12 and walk around the living room again, with the bag, until 1AM.4. Set the alarm for 3AM.5. As you can't get back to sleep, get up at 2AM and make a drink and watch an infomercial.6. Go to bed at 2:45AM.7. Get up at 3AM when the alarm goes off.8. Sing songs quietly in the dark until 4AM.9. Get up. Make breakfast. Get ready for work and go to work (work hard and be productive)Repeat steps 1-9 each night. Keep this up for 3-5 years. Look cheerful and together.

Lesson 4
Can you stand the mess children make? To find out...1. Smear peanut butter onto the sofa and jam onto the curtains2. Hide a piece of raw chicken behind the stereo and leave it there all summer.3. Stick your fingers in the flower bed.4. Then rub them o n the clean walls.5. Take your favorite book, photo album, etc. Wreck it.6. Spill milk on your new pillows. Cover the stains with crayons.How does that look?

Lesson 5
Dressing small children is not as easy as it seems.1. Buy an octopus and a small bag made out of loose mesh.2. Attempt to put the octopus into the bag so that none of the arms hang out.Time allowed for this - all morning.

Lesson 6
Forget the BMW and buy a mini-van. And don't think that you can leave it out in the driveway spotless and shining. Family cars don't look like that.1. Buy a chocolate ate ice cream cone and put it in the glove compartment. Leave it there.2. Get a dime. Stick it in the CD player.3. Take a family size package of chocolate cookies. Mash them into the back seat. Sprinkle cheerios all over the floor, then smash them with your foot.4. Run a garden rake along both sides of the car.

Lesson 7
Go to the local grocery store. Take with you the closest thing you can find to a pre-school child. (A full-grown goat is an excellent choice). If you intend to have more than one child, then definitely take more than one goat. Buy your week's groceries without letting the goats out of your sight. Pay for everything the goat eats or destroys. Until you can easily accomplish this, do not even contemplate having children.

Lesson 8
1. Hollow out a melon.2. Make a small hole in the side.3. Suspend it from the ceiling and swing it from side to side.4. Now get a bowl of soggy Cheerios and attempt to spoon them into the swaying melon by pretending to be an airplane.5. Continue until half the Cheerios are gone.6. Tip half into your lap. The other half, just throw up in the air.You are now ready to feed a nine- month-old baby.

Lesson 9
Learn the names of every character from Sesame Street , Barney, Disney, the Teletubbies, and Pokemon. Watch nothing else on TV but PBS, the Disney channel or Noggin for at least five years. (I know, you're thinking What's 'Noggin'?) Exactly the point.

Lesson 10
Make a recording of Fran Drescher saying 'mommy' repeatedly. (Important: no more than a four second delay between each 'mommy'; occasional crescendo to the level of a supersonic jet is required). Play this tape in your car everywhere you go for the next four years. You are now ready to take a long trip with a toddler.

Lesson 11
Start talking to an adult of your choice.. Have someone else continually tug on your skirt hem, shirt- sleeve, or elbow while playing the 'mommy' tape made from Lesson 10 above. You are now ready to have a conversation with an adult while there is a child in the room.

This first one is of a Fella....got the image thru a swap and cant remember his exact name....maybe surfafella? anyway, i think he is just tooo cute with his surfboard and the summery blue paper which has fun summer sayings all over it. The tag says "you are my sunshine" which is REALLY HARD TO SEE IN THIS PICTURE but easy to read in real life....hmmmm...any way i made it out of shrinky dink plastic....gotta luv the shrinky dink!

This next one is dogwalkabella and they were alot of fun to color. The saying is a little hard to read in this pic, so it says "you make me so happy I could wag my tail" Isnt that just too cute!

The sentiment is a stamp from Inkadinkado which i ordered through Loreen over at http://www.wishonascrap.com/ . She was great and was able to get me a whole lot of stamps from Inkadinkado that I was unable to find at my LSS. The flower is from K&Company and was part of a set that my Bella Sistah, Michele J., sent me.....she is an awesome bella sistah and always send me the coolest stuff!!!! This one is the cutie cute miss pompomabella. She has been colored in with glitter pens in black and gold , cuz those are the colors to our high school!

and this is a picture of my handsome youngest son...Aaron...so for any of you who are interested in how he did last weekend at Indiana Freestyle State....he re-injured his thumb/wrist and we ended up in Immediate Care with a "sprain" diagnosis, luckily it was not broken, and he will be o.k. in a couple of weeks and o.k. to go ahead and start training for Team Indiana @ Nationals!!! Anyhoo, he still ended up taking 4th which is still nothing to be ashamed of (just not what everyone was expecting! ) Several of the other wrestlers came over to check on him when we got back and were really disappointed for him and themselves because they had all brought their "A-Games" and they would have been awesome matches to watch!!! So thank you to all who consistently send good luck and prayers his way, he has had an awesome season and we only expect it to continue getting better and better!!!

I promise some new creativity tomorrow. I started a few cards last night but got tired and didn't get them finished, but they will be done later today!

Here are a few more bellas I recently created. Some of them you may have already seen, but I didnt have a blog then, so I am posting them now. Last night I was just tooooo tired to move off the couch, much less create anything, but i believe tonight will be much better so hopefully i will have something fun to show ya tomorrow!!!

this first one is a Mwahbella, I luvie her, isnt she just too cute?

the next one is Savvyshoppabella....I made her especially for my BFF, Cindy, who moved to a far far away land...well sunny Florida anyway (which to me, in Indiana, it might as well be a far far away land) anyway....if u read it...it says, "we came, we shopped, we paid cash" hee heee heee, this is becuz of our mutual goal to get out of debt! so we were each others shopping partners, that way we never EVAH use any credit cards, only cash or a debit card! wish she was still here, cuz it made it soooo much easier when i had someone else to be accountable to. Now, I struggle to focus on NOT spending anymore money than i have budgeted for....do any of you have this same problem????? well i guess now, i need to focus on raising the money for my son's trip to nationals, so i will definetly have to stick to my BUDGET (what a nasty little word!)

wOO HOO!!! I am soooo excited! can ya tell? Our first state wrestling tourney went AWESOME!!! So this will be a bragging blog & probably no creativity for today (as I did not have time this weekend do do anything) My youngest son, Aaron, got 2nd place at the ISWA greco-roman tournament and that qualifies him to be on "TEAM INDIANA" yay!!! yay!!! yay!!! My older son also got to participate on this team, when he was a junior in High School, but Aaron is only a Freshman so this is quite an honor. Plus it mean a fun trip to Nationals which are held in Fargo, ND. And to top that off, the kid he lost to, came over after the match and told us Aaron was the only person to score any points on him ALL SEASON!!! OMG!!! I am just so proud of him and all the hard work he has put into (even when he didnt want to somedays) now it is paying off! well that is all the bragging i will do for today, but thanks for listening and stopping by....i will try and have a card for ya tomorrow (or maybe a scrapbook page? who knows)

Well, maybe not the wizard, but we are headed to Indy for a wrestling tourney. This is a big one, a STATE tourney, and if you place in the top 3 in your weight class, you make the STATE team for NATIONALS. So wish my son good luck, cuz he has a really good chance of making the "Team Indiana" Nationals team!

Now for what I have been creating....first a Sellabella set of cards for a VERY good friend....We've known each other since I was 14 yrs old, and that was a Long time ago. anyway, she just bought a new house and is moving, so i made her these "we're moving" announcements and i think they turned out pretty nice. The inside (not pictured) has a place for her new address, phone and email, so hopefully she will luv them! guess i will find out when i see her after work....which cant come soooooon enough.

second, is a set of cards i made from the "cowboys & Indians" set from The cat's pajamas. I luv their stamps, i think they are just tooooo cute. Take a looky and see whatcha think!!!

It's all the Rage

o.k.....i've caved and now have this blog, and for those of you familiar with VeggieTales, all i can hear in my head is "oh Bob,bob, bob,it's all the rage in veggiebeat magazine" right before he falls into the kitchen sink because of the potholder on his head. heeheehee, hope my attempt at a blog doesnt end up like Larry the cucumber's, "i've fallen and I cant get up"

Anywho, this blog will share with you, pieces of my life and creativity (which I hope you enjoy and come back to visit regularly) please feel free to comment on or case any of my creations, just be kind and do not steal them for contest or publication....and give credit when credit is due, thanks. I will always be sure to do the same.

one little sidenote....I am a very proud mother & grandma, so at times I may sharing alot of stuff about my kiddos and/or grandbabies....i will warn you first so if you dont want to hear the bragging you dont have to.

so to start this off.....i luv stamping bella and you will often see these wonderful stamps being used in my creations, so for today i will share a few that i previously made, hope you like them.

This is my submission for the April shoebox swap on Bellaholicsannonymous group. I used the Huggybella stamp for the image....it is one of my FAV's (of course I luvey them all, so it is hard to choose an ACTUAL favorite!) The image was colored with prismacolor pencils and blended with gamsol. Sorry, i dont remember the details on the paper brand, but i thought they were great springy colors and they made me happy, so hopefully they will do the same for the other bellaholics that receive them in the swap. let me know whatcha think?
